Ezekiel. There's a reason why everyone's raving about him. He was so patient with me, took the time to explain the entire process: what I may be missing, verified what was already done, then went ahead to walk me through the process once I was able to. Not only did he help me with my compliance documentation, but he was kind enough to quell my anxiety all throughout the call, making me feel like I was talking to friend, not customer service. Ezekiel's kindness, dedication to his service and care for his customers really made me feel cared for and heard. My experience couldn't be better, and it's all thanks to Ezekiel. Everytime I have called the American Data Bank group for help with Complio, I have been attended to in a promptly, exceedingly well manner. This time Savannah and her supervisor went above and beyond to help information cross over, since there was a glitch in which I could not manually submit the documents I had attached over. I appreciate their patience and determination to achieve customer satisfaction.

This morning I had the best experience speaking with Ezekiel Olagoke through chat and on the phone. I had been trying to figure out how to link my many profiles in order to buy the package I needed. He was very patient and explained everything clearly. He went even as far to keep me updated when I was waiting for his phone call via the chat. All in all, it was a great and extremely helpful!
